Shipping Policy
Here at Tyrant Collection all orders are hand forged, therefore please allow 7-10 days for your order to be sent via USPS. All orders are shipped in a ribbon-wrapped gift box.
Return policy
All merchandise from the House of Tyrant is custom. Therefore we are not able to accept returns. If a piece is classified as defective within 10 days of arrival, we will graciously repair or replace the item at no cost.
Before sending any item back to Tyrant Collection, please contact us to request a return authorization number (ra#) at info@tyrantcollection.com. Packages without a RA# may be refused upon delivery by the receiving department at Tyrant Collection. As a customer, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Cancellation policy
All cancelations must be placed within 24 hours.
